We are honoring 25 years of the Childbirth Collective, Gail Tully “The Spinning Babies Lady”, and more. Come and have your picture taken with your doula. Make new friends and see old acquaintances. Whether you are a Childbirth Collective member or not….we welcome you! This is a celebration to highlight how the doula movement has enriched the birth community in Minnesota. We will also unveil a new shit that identifies us as MINNESOTA DOULAS. It will be a fun day!

    Preparing Your Mind and Body
    Women who are healthy and low risk have options when it comes to their labor and birth. We will explore aspects of your healthy pregnancy and provide specific ideas for staying low risk with good nutrition and appropriate exercise.
