Certifications and qualifications: DONA Birth Doula

My name is Dawn and I live in Stillwater with my husband, 4 children (ages 18 to 9), 1 dog and 2 cats. Family is the most important thing in the world to me. I believe a family is made up of a group of people that love and care for eachother whether they are blood related or not. I lost both of my parents at a young age to cancer which taught me to open up my heart and cherish every moment we are given on earth. Those moments begin at birth!

I work with families of all ages and race. My services are based on your ability to pay. I feel all parents deserve a doula to assist in giving them the best birth experience possible. I strongly believe this is YOUR birth so I never impose any personal beliefs when discussing birthing options. No circumstance or birth is ever the same.

I also do missionary work in other countries offering support and education to mothers, babies and older children.

I have experience with natural birth, VBAC, "high risk" pregnancies, waterbirth, homebirth and cesarean birth.
