I am a 35 year old mother of two children, my six year old daughter Maryn, and my three year old son Griffin. My husband Kyle and I have been married for seven years. We live in Shakopee, Minnesota with our dog, a yellow lab named Hannah, and a cat named Mr. Whiskers.

Over the past several years I have become passionate about childbirth and the care of babies and young children. I attended doula training through DONA International in January 2007, and I am presently studying to become a childbirth educator through Lamaze International. I will be attending the Lamaze training in June 2007.
