My name is Mary Rizer and my 2-year-old residential organizing business, Navigating thru Chaos™, expanded into Navigating thru Baby Chaos™ after the birth of my first grandchild in December of 2006.

I spent the first 10 days “mothering” my daughter and son-in-law (and grand mothering the baby) as they transitioned into their new, life-changing role as parents. Once they experienced some initial successes with their parenting skills…and were reminded to remain calm with baby as well as with each other (which is sometimes difficult when you are sleep-deprived, recovering from childbirth and trying to be SUPER WOMAN), it was time for me to step aside and let them create their new family life with their addition.

Services offered are Daytime Postpartum Help for new parents. This includes assisting new moms (or those who have been ordered on prenatal bed rest) with remaining hydrated and eating enough to keep up her strength; light housekeeping & organizing; nursery organizing; baby care; laundry; grocery shopping; running errands and offering a caring, helping hand as needed as well as listening ear.

My greatest achievement has been watching my daughters become “strong women”. And this legacy will grow, as I watch my daughter share life lessons with her daughter.

Other interests include running, biking, exercising, watching sports, reading and organizing (I was Born to Organize!).
