While I see therapy clients with all sorts of concerns, I have significant training, experience, and expertise in working with people on the journey of motherhood as a mental health therapist who is also a birth doula, postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and certified simplicity parenting family life coach. I have a broad and well-rounded background that allows me to uniquely support this journey. I am trained in EMDR, clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or “Tapping”), clinical hypnosis, the Hakomi mindfulness-based therapy method, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma processing.
