I was born and raised in France, surrounded by a family of very strong women. Their influences have had a huge impact on my belief in the strength of a women’s body, mind and abilities to support each other!
I moved to Minnesota in 2007 and meet my husband and we now have three spunky and sweet kiddos!
My belief is that a woman with support and a good evidence-based education can move mountains, and have the birth she desires! Whatever that might be. I am absolutely passionate about helping the mama feeling empowered and witnessing her take charge of her birth!
I am a DONA certified birth doula, DONA certified postpartum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator Counselor, Evidence Based Birth Instructor and Spinning Babies trained.
I am fluent in French and converse in a basic Spanish.
