As a doula, my goal is to empower birthers to find their inner strength and feel like a total badass. Whether this is your very first birth or you have done this before, my role is to hold space for you, help you understand your choices, protect your birth environment and make you feel comfortable, safe and supported.

I believe in the body’s natural ability and instinct to give birth, and I help birthers tune into their bodies to have the birth experience that is right for them. With non-judgmental, individualized support that is specific and culturally relevant to each person’s preferences, I provide physical and emotional comfort to help you to have a safe and satisfying birth and postpartum experience. And, I serve as your sideline coach and cheerleader throughout your labor and postpartum journey. I want every person to have the experience they desire, WHATEVER that looks like, so I support births of all kids - from hospitals to home births, vaginal and surgical births, medicated and unmedicated, and more.
