Hello! My name is Michelle and I’m a DONA trained birth doula.

Before moving to our home in Minnetonka in 2018, I spent the previous ten years living in Stockholm, Sweden where my two children were born. Their births were a pivotal moment in my life and are what motivated me to become a doula. Going through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while living abroad was at times overwhelming. During my first pregnacy quickly realized the importance of having a well rounded care team that provides you with emotional and physical support. Having these experiences made it clear that birth work was my calling. I hope to give others the same support that was so crucial to creating a positive and empowering birth experience for me.
